China Global Advisory has secured an exclusive five year agreement with the China Association of Agricultural Science Societies (CAASS). This former central government association will act as investment analysts, management consultants, and sourcing agents providing due diligence on target investment agribusiness opportunities for all of China via their national network.

CAASS is the largest and well-organized agricultural scientific association and NGO in China. The working system covers the whole country at different levels. CAASS deals with almost all major agricultural subjects with the 31 societies, such as Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Society, Agricultural Product Processing Society and Resource & Environment Society. CAASS focus on the work of agricultural strategic consultation, academic exchange, science and technology extension, and carries out some important agricultural projects assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture and China Association for Science and Technology.

The details of the agreement between China Global and CAASS are listed as follows:

Objective: CAASS will function as a consulting arm of China Global for purposes of investment analysis in agribusiness sector.

1. CAASS has agreed to put all of its resources to use facilitating the contents of the agreement.

2. CAASS will source the best available investment opportunities.

3. CAASS has agreed to form a dedicated committee to ensure all the above functions.

4. The members of the committee includes the secretary general of the association, honorary chairman of association, and selection of 7 foremost renowned experts.
